Exhibitors Welcome!
Arizona’s Vision Rehabilitation and Technology Expo (VRATE) is seeking 2024 Exhibitors.
Hundreds of Individuals who are blind, low vision, or DeafBlind attend VRATE to gather resource information, adaptive strategies, and the assistive technology needed to live an independent and inclusive life in their community. This important opportunity is made possible by organizations like you.
Exhibitors will have the opportunity to
- Interact with over 900 people who are blind, low vision, or DeafBlind along with their families and professionals working in the field.
- Highlight your organization on our website, social media, and event communication.
- Enable the public to explore and purchase your products/services.
Location
2024 VRATE will be held at Ability 360 Sports & Fitness Center, 5031 E Washington St, Phoenix, AZ 85034.
Exhibit Hall Booth Setup may begin as early as Thursday afternoon, November 21 with prior arrangement.
Exhibit Details
- $500: General Vendor: booth includes one table and two chairs.
- $400: Non-Profit/Resource Table: Booth includes one table and two chairs
- Guest/public wi-fi may be available courtesy of the venue.
- Electricity may be requested through the exhibit team. Additional fees may apply.
